Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Tulips Boutique! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept eligible returns for store credit. 🌷
Return Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, self-tanner, pet hair, stains, odors, or any signs of wear
Returns must be approved by Tulips Boutique before items are mailed back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, a store credit will be issued to the email address associated with your order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your return to be processed after it is received.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Jewelry
- Hair accessories
- Gift cards
- Sale, clearance, and promotional items (unless otherwise stated)
- Any items marked “Final Sale”
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Return Approval
Tulips Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above. Items returned in unacceptable condition may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Additional Information
Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable.
Tulips Boutique is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
